How we handle your information.

The EPR Fee Calculator is operated by Asymmetric Applications Group on behalf of Paper Tube Co. When you submit the email-gate form to receive a PDF report, we collect and process the following:

• Email address (required to deliver the PDF)
• Company name (required for the report’s cover page)
• Job title (optional)
• The calculator inputs you provided (volume, weight, etc.)

What we do with it

We email you the PDF report. We add you to Paper Tube Co.’s sales pipeline so a representative can follow up if appropriate. If you opted in to occasional EPR-related updates, we may also send you those — every email includes a one-click opt-out.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to third parties beyond the infrastructure required to operate the calculator (Supabase for storage, Resend for email, Salesforce as the destination CRM).

Removal

To have your data removed from our system, email hello@papertubeco.com with the subject line “Calculator data removal”. We’ll delete your submission record within 7 days.
